Appetizers

Shrimp Tacos
Sautéed shrimp, homemade pineapple salsa drizzled with banana pepper sauce stuffed in three flour tortillas.

Reuben Skins
Fried potato wedges stuffed with diced corn beef, sauerkraut, and shredded Swiss cheese. Served with Thousand Island dressing for dipping.

Pulled Pork Nachos
Fried tortilla chips topped with shredded slow cooked pork smothered in homemade BBQ sauce topped with diced onions and Colby brick cheese. Served with sour cream for dipping.

 
Entrees

Prime Rib Dinner
Seasoned and slow roasted to perfection served with au jus and your choice of two sides.

Chipotle Haddock Sandwich
Hand breaded haddock fried to a golden brown topped with coleslaw, drizzled with chipotle aioli and served on grilled garlic ciabatta bread. Served with choice of fries, potato chips or *onion rings.

Cucumber Salad
Fresh greens topped with diced grilled chicken, cucumber, red onion, tomato, chickpeas, and crumbled feta. Served with pita bread and your choice of dressing.

Chicken Caprese Pasta
Grilled chicken, diced tomato, olive oil and fresh basil served over linguine. Topped with mozzarella cheese and drizzled with balsamic glaze. Served with garlic bread and salad.

Stuffed Chicken
Spinach blended with cream cheese and mozzarella cheese stuffed in a seasoned chicken breast, wrapped in bacon and cooked to a golden brown served with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
