Appetizers

Pulled Pork Quesadilla
Seasoned and slow roasted pork topped with house BBQ sauce and Colby brick cheese.

Prime Rib Poutine

Steak fries topped with sliced prime rib and smothered in a creamy cheese sauce.

Pulled Chicken Tacos
Slow cooked pulled chicken, tossed in fajita spices, topped with homemade ranch coleslaw and drizzled with lemon basil aioli stuffed into three flour tortillas.

French Dip

Diced grilled chicken, ham, and tomato blended with Swiss and Colby brick cheese tossed with penne pasta and topped with crushed Ritz crackers and baked to a golden brown. Served with garlic bread and salad.

Spinach blended with cream cheese and mozzarella cheese stuffed in a piece of seasoned chicken, wrapped in bacon and cooked to a golden brown served with rice pilaf and grilled asparagus.
